This apartment represents great value. It is not a 'standard' holiday rental, of the type you will find advertised on many websites. It's our holiday-home, and this means the furniture, fittings, comfy beds and environment are all of a superior quality - even if the prices are standard!

Standard Weekly rates;
- Low Season - from £275 (435 Euros)
- Mid Season - from £395 (600 Euros)
- High Season - from £600 (875 Euros)

With the low-cost flights available nowadays, rather than weekly holidays it's just as easy to choose a specific number of days. We can normally cater for this requirement (4-days is the minimum stay).

Custom Breaks - Daily Rates
- Low Season - from £45 (65 Euros)
- Mid Season - from £65 (95 Euros)
- High Season - from £95 (135 Euros)

Payment Terms
A verbal or eMail request can hold your booking for up to 5 days. To secure your stay, a 30% deposit is payable with your booking.

Please note that if your departure date is less than six-weeks subsequent, the full amount is due with your booking. In all cases, the balance plus a returnable £100 breakage-deposit is due no later that 6 weeks prior to departure.
